Elder Bolander's Return

For all those interested, we heard from Elder Bolander on Christmas day that he has a coming home date for us. He will be arriving home sometime on January 29, 2010. We are excited to welcome him home and look forward to hearing all about his great missionary adventure in Mexico.

Scot's wreck

Scot was in an accident on November 30. He was rear ended (by that HUGE Ryder truck in the first picture) and pushed into a pick-up which was pushed into a car. So there were 4 vehicles involved in this accident. But Scot definitely got the worst of it. The transported him to the emergency room in the ambulance and did a CT Scan on him. Thankfully it all turned out okay. He has whiplash, and has been pretty sore, but it could have been so much worse. I didn't get any photos of the Scot in the hospital, as I was pretty concerned about him at the time and ran out the door without the camera. But you can see the damage to his pick-up. The insurance is going to total it out. It was kind-of sad to see our pick-up all smooshed like that, but it can be replaced. My husband cannot. I am so thankful he is okay!!

Getting what ridding in we can before the snow flys! Chaser caught the 'Bike Bug' and now he can't get enough of that two lane black top!

Birthday Scooter

big birthday. I found this bike three weeks ago. An abused repo from California. Dressed in black with flames and ape hanger handle bars. Dropped it down over two inches and literally changed up everything. '06 Barby Build' I call it. Had it done all in cogneedo and it was a complete surprise. Very exhausting keeping a secrete from my partner for three weeks but it was worth it, does she look happy?!

Kaden's First Halloween

Kaden has some bug toys that he really likes, so for Halloween I made him a similar bug costume. Normally he doesn't like hats, but I guess when they have antennae he must think that they are okay ;>)
